The lawn view requires a large screen for drag and drop.  The phone screen is too small for it to be useful.  Hence, the phone app is designed for quick and easy functions such as turning on a zone and standard configurations.
For all other (advanced) functions, you should use your desktop browser.

Help / Re: Running multiple valves simultaneously

The calendar view doesn't impose one run on the other well.  But you can see the runs under Today's Runs when the run day comes.

We now have iOS and Android app.  Please search your app store for the official BlueSpray app.

Help / Re: Running multiple valves simultaneously

In order to run multiple zones concurrently, you'd want to set Stack mode (Settings->Operation) to No, then schedule your programs to start at the same time.

Please be careful not to have 1 zone overlapping the same time.  The best way is not to repeat the zones in your programs i.e. if program 1 has Zone 1 in it, program 2 should not.

For example:

1. Program 1 has zones 1, 3, 5, 7 on for 10 min, others 0 min.
2. Program 2 has zones 2, 4, 6, 8 on for 10 min, others 0 min.

General Discussion / Re: Firmware 2.2.2
« on: February 27, 2020, 08:08:37 pm »
The best way to upgrade is to go to Settings->Administration and click the Download button and let the controller do the rest.

You should not download the firmware file, then upload. That was for going from 1.x to 2.x firmware.

Your controller was either in Standby or Delay mode at the time.

Bug Reports / Re: Rain Sensor Problem
« on: August 25, 2019, 11:33:33 am »
You have to tell the controller your rain sensor is normally closed or normally open.

You can test the controller's rain sensor port by not having anything connected to the rain sensor terminals.  Configure it as an NO sensor.  Now, short the rain sensor terminals.  If the controller says it's active, it's good.

If it's a on/off moisture sensor, you can connect it to the rain sensor and configure it as a rain sensor.

Bug Reports / Re: Password Request

You probably enabled login by mistake.  You can log onto your account and access your controller through the cloud.
Go to Settings->System and disable login.

Help / Re: Weather forecast button displays no information
« on: August 06, 2019, 10:09:08 pm »
The controller only pulls the weather 1 hour prior to a run.  If you don't have a run that day or it hasn't run yet, it may not show the weather info.

This issue is fixed in 2.2.1.  Coming soon...

It has come to our attention that some of BlueSpray controllers out there have been accessed by unauthorized personnel.  After a thorough investigation, we've concluded that those systems were accessed via port forwarding at the router which expose the controller to the public.

If you have set up port forwarding to your controller, please turn off the port forwarding service at your router.
As of version 2.x, you no longer need port forwarding in order to access your BlueSpray controller.  You can access it from any where via the cloud now, which is more secure and convenient.  Just log onto your account on our web site.

If for any reason, you still insist on having port forwarding, please at least set up login password for your controller.  Just go to Settings->System and Select Login to "Yes"
