I want to use an image that is local on my computer, not hosted or on the web.  How can I point to the file and what are the file specs for size dimension etc.

It must be hosted on a site to be accessed by bluespray. :(

The image has to be on the internet so that it can be accessed from any computer.  You can use any image hosting service such as Google, flikr, or even Facebook.

Actually it must be accessible from your browser, not bluespray.
