Can't update firmware.

I cannot get my firmware to update on my bluespray controller.  I have downloaded the file and hit the update button but, I get an endless please wait message.......... I have now been letting the computer sit here with the please wait message on the screen.

I have searched the forum for an answer but my search did not turn up anything.  Any Ideas?

NVM  I figured it out..  was using firefox, and chrome browsers.   Went back and tried the update in IE and it worked first shot.

What version are you updating from?  If you had 1.2, all you have to do is click on the Download button.

Tried it both ways would not work until I switched over to IE..... in either case it is updated now and no worries. :)
