Your controller might not be online or connected to the router.
How are you accessing it? Through the hotspot, local network, or cloud?

Help / Controller reset/discovery and re-provision howto (firmware 2.x)

If you changed your router or your wifi password, the controller will no longer able to connect to the new router. You will have to provision again to tell the controller of the new router or password:
1. Reset the controller (to make the controller forget the last wifi network):
a. Locate the reset switch on the left side of the controller.
b. Slide the switch down. The amber light should flash once then pauses.
c. When the amber light starts flashing again, let it flash 3-4 times then slide the switch up.
The controller is now reset.
2. Discovery mode
a. Slide the reset switch down. This time let the amber light flash all the way.
b. When the amber light stops flashing, use your laptop or tablet and look for a hotspot named bluespray.
c. Connect to the bluespray hotspot.
d. Bring up a browser and type http://192.168.123.1 in your browser URL bar.
You should be able to see the BlueSpray UI.
3. Provision
a. Click Settings->Network
b. Click the blue wifi button next to the SSID field. The controller will show a list of networks that it sees. Find yours, select it, and click OK.
c. Enter your wifi password in the Key field and click Save.
If you didn't mis-type the password, and your wifi signal is good, the controller should be able to connect to the router and tells you that it was successful. If you did, reset and start over.
After successful provision, slide the switch up. Connect your laptop/ipad back to your wifi network and type my.bluespray.net on the browser or you can log onto your account on our web site to access it.

You don't want to enable the door sensor setting when the sensor is not in place.
By default, the door sensor is in open state. Removing the door sensor will tell the controller that the door is always opened so it will keep trying to close it.
You'd want to put the sensor back, test its state first i.e. close the door and it reads close, open the door and it reads open.
If you don't install the door sensor, disable the door sensor settings.

We are pleased to announce the release of BlueSpray firmware version 2.1.1. This release is kind of unexpected due to a bug fix.
Feature added:
- Daily repeat: you can tell the controller to water X minutes apart, Y times. For example, if you want to water at 10AM, 1PM and 4PM, you don't have to create 3 start times. Just tell the controller to water ar 180 minutes apart, 3 times, starting at 10AM. This feature is designed with nurseries and indoor growers in mind, but can be used for cycle and soak as well.
Bug fix:
- NOAA has changed its weather forecast API. This release is all about this bug. If you're using the conserve feature, you will want to update.

You can change the order of the zones by clicking the shuffle icon on lawn view. This is a top level change, not per program.
By default, all zones in a program are watered sequentially (due to lack of pressure). If you want to run overlapping run, you would have to create multiple programs. There isn't a way to change that in one program.

That is by design. The effective date can be thought as day 0, not day 1.

In Settings->Schedules, if "Apply to Season" is "All Seasons", then the controller will change season according to all the seasons.
If Apply to a specific season, then that run is applied to that season only.
For example, if you have 4 seasons, spring, summer and fall defined, and schedule A is applied to all seasons, then schedule A will change when seasons change.
If you have a schedule B that you apply to summer season only, schedule B will run during the summer.
Make sure your seasons' start data and end date cover year round and they don't overlap. If there is a gap, the controller won't water. If there is an overlap, it'll follow the 1st one.
