Help / Re: Weather forecast button displays no information

Thanks for clarifying. Is there any other way for me to verify this is operating properly, aside from checking the value shown 1 hour prior to a run ?

Help / Weather forecast button displays no information
« on: July 31, 2019, 09:03:22 am »
Just received my controller back from BlueSpray, and it has been updated with latest firmware. There is now a new icon (weather forecast) on the left hand navigation panel of the UI. When I click on it, I get the following pop-up screen (see attached).  I selected the "YES" setting for "Enable Weather Settings" (Settings | Conserve). What else do I need to do, such that when I click on the weather forecast icon, that it is populated with local weather information.

I have been using the L-Com 14x10x4 Inch 120 VAC Weatherproof Enclosure with Hook & Loop Mounting, for the past two years here in the greater Phoenix area. It is just starting to dis-color, which is to be expected - given the UV exposure.  Good quality product

the device has been returned to me, after having been reflashed. I also changed the ICMP Echo Request frequency to 60 minutes, and replaced the WAP hardware.

Help / Access the controller from the bluespray.net
« on: February 09, 2018, 08:56:58 am »
Hello BlueSpray team;
I do not recall registering my controller, but also do not see the REGISTRATION button within the UI of the controller. What steps should I take to recover account information, thereby enabling to login into said account.  Aside from the username / password which I have setup to access this support form, I also setup a username / password to access the UI of the controller. Am I correct in understanding that I will need to setup a third username / password to access the controller via the bluespray.net website ?

kindest regards
brianb

I use PRTG Network Monitor to manage and monitor all devices on my home network, including (you guessed it) the BlueSpray controller. I have been monitoring the controller since early Sept last year (2017), and have noticed that for many days, the controller will become un-responsive. Are there any known issues with the manner in which the controller responds to receiving an on-going series of ICMP (aka ping) messages ?  While I don't have a trace file of the network communications, what I am basically doing is sending the controller an ICMP (echo request) message every 10 minutes, and reporting on the response.
