Help / Upgrade to 2.0.2, unit no longer responding at all

Unit was not responding to any commands when trying to do manual watering (running 2.0). reboot, etc didn't clear issue. Saw there was a 2.0.2 available, so decided to roll the dice.... again.

Now the unit will not respond at all. I've tried the reset procedure (slide down for 5 seconds, wait for amber light to blink - never happens). I've tried stand-alone mode (slide down for >30 seconds - nothing happens and no hotspot). When power cycling the device, I get all 3 lights on, blue flashes for a bit then turns off (leaving green and amber lit), then amber turns off shortly after (leaving green lit).

Any suggestions?

Bug Reports / Upgraded to v2 - no longer responding/missing settings

Upgraded to v2 - now it's just hung

All settings are missing, no zones/programs/schedule/seasons. However one time when it did at least show the time, it indicated it was using my 'winter' settings, so something must be in there.

Status on everything is showing as unknown.

I've tried to reboot it from the interface, no luck. Power cycled the device and it comes back online, but again all data missing and browser shows that it's waiting for the device - same response from mobile device as well; just a spinning wheel. If I open an additional browser it says it's waiting for an available port.

How do I make this usable again?

Bug Reports / Zone 2 programming now going to Zone 1

At some point over the last month my Zone 2 programming is now being sent out Zone 1. I now have 18 trees fighting to hang on through an Arizona summer because I have plants that have been getting all their water! I tested both zones with a volt meter and Zone 1 turns on whether it's Zone 1 or 2 that's selected.

Also, please develop some for of heartbeat monitoring for this device. I'm constantly having to reboot the device because it's become unresponsive and had ping response times greater than 3000ms. One I restart the device it's returns to its normal 3-5ms. Or even develop a weekly reboot process.

I'm starting to lose faith in this product and I really want to like it. I've already opened a ticket, but others need to be aware of this issue as well.

Should also add that I'm running v1.2.3

Help / Weather Induced Schedule Changes?

How can I tell if my watering schedule was modified based on the weather settings I have in place?  I ask be cause the 'history' tab reflects a normal water cycle on a day when AZ received the most amount of rainfall in recorded history?

My settings are:
Enabled - Yes
60% chance of rain
18hr - forecast range
Temp - 0 degrees
Wind speed - 60mph

Is there a way to get visibility to
1. The weather data that's used to make the determination?
2. What decision was made?
3. A way to reflect what water was NOT wasted as a result of the decision?

Bug Reports / Controller stuck in a program

Noticed this weekend that my controller appeared to 'stuck' on a program. It had been running a single zone for over 8 hours (scheduled for 2 hours) when I noticed the swimming pools formed around my trees ;-). Had to reboot the controller to get it back to normal, and all subsequent schedules did not run as it was well past their start time.

Couple questions.

1. Is there any log that can be pulled to help identify (and resolve) why that may have happened?
2. Is there any sort of heartbeat monitoring that can be used on your site that reports out if the controller hasn't checked in during the last x hours?

This has shaken my confidence in the unit a little bit as I travel quite a bit and can't have the unit experiencing stuff like this while I'm gone and unable to monitor. Not complaining, just worried as AZ summers are not kind to un-watered plants ;-)

After spending some time with the controller I have a few suggestions/requests. Running v1.2

Use drop down menu instead of left/right arrows
Slider options - make more pronounced (yes/no, on/off, enabled/disabled)
Looking glass - should have option to go to program/schedule
Configuration backup
Wifi-setting - validate key by dual entry (eliminate entry error)
Security settings - validate password by dual entry (eliminate entry error)
CONFIRMATION MESSAGES! No idea if my changes have taken place.
Help items - link to user manual/section
Run Interval - include option for 'every day', don't make people figure our '0' every day
Host lawn photo in device, not requiring network storage/url.
Free form text fields on Schedule/Programs for narrative/description
Wi-fi signal strength/diagnostics
Static IP settings

Finally have spent some time with the controller and have noticed a few issues. Running v1.2

Calendar - defaults to showing next day, unable to see current day (or arrow left to see previous days)
Programs - using mouse to highlight/left click and left swipe toggles between programs (when you swipe into left menu area)
Schedules - Effective on shows wrong day of week associated to date (ie Sun 2014-04-21 - should be Mon) corrects when you click on field and select date.
Lawn View - Zone's move when placing them on the map
Mobile - Time wheels instead of minutes when trying to do 'water now'
