Bug Reports / Zone X runs during all zones

My controller has been working great. I went on vacation and upon coming back, noticed a broken head. I replaced the head and the next morning I noticed that zone was watering during another zone's period. I figured I had gotten dirt in the line and caused a valve to stick. I had an irrigation company come out and check the valve. Once everything looked good, we tried to run the system but only the one zone would work. Any zone plugged into that slot worked (i.e. switched wire from Zone 4 to Zone 5 - the bad zone - and Zone 4 worked and nothing else did). We wired my old manual controller and everything worked. I just got through wiring my BlueSpray controller again, plugged it in, and tried Zone 4. Zone 5 water came on, too.
I REALLY like this controller, but it is unusable at the moment. Help!
