Title: Password Request

Schedules stopped running even though BS says it does.  Now BS asking for user name and password and I don't have it and not reset password available.  Help.  Thanks.

You probably enabled login by mistake.  You can log onto your account and access your controller through the cloud.
Go to Settings->System and disable login.
