Title: No hole in case for rain sensor cable or power supply wire to connect.

I am working to install my BlueSpray controller but the wiring from the various zones comes up through a conduit which was connected to my Hunter 24 Zone Controller.  The rain sensor wire ran through a hole on the top of the Hunter case but there is no hole to run the cable into the case on the bottom to wire the sensor. There was also a hole for the power cable to enter the controller case.  It appears I will need to drill a hole on the bottom of the case to run both sets of wires. Am I correct or do you have another suggestion?

The rain sensor's wires are relatively small.  Can't you route them through the cable opening on the bottom?
