I just uploaded the latest firmware and after the upload countdown the controller became unreachable via a web browser.
I've waited five minutes with still no connection available
Any suggestions?

Since I didn't see any replies I tried to power off the controller to see if that would clear the issue. I unplugged it for several minutes and plugged it back in, same thing. The lights on the side are on but the system is a brick on my garage wall at this point.

What are the lights indicating? The amber and blue light should go away. If they remain solid, then it is bricked. If so, please email our support team.

Could some one please post the resolution to this issue, I have this same issue and have seen multiple threads about this issue. would be nice to be able to find the answer. I have already emailed Support, just would be nice to fix it sooner.
