Removal of Replaced Controller

I damaged a fully functional 24 zone controller and have recently successfully replaced that controller with a 16 zone unit that works well. It is attached to a 16 zone expansion unit that was not damaged and is also working well.
The old controller still shows as available on multiple devices via any interface, home wi-fi, or registered user access via Internet, as well as the mobile version access on my phone.
I would like to remove the option to select the controller that no longer exists rather than select the in-service controller every time I access it.
Does the community have guidance on accomplishing this?

You might want to email our support group, give them your account info and they'll remove it for you.
