I have tried for weeks to get answers either from the BlueSpray "Contacts" site and the "Tech Support" site without so much as an acknowledgement, other than the automatic one.  This controller seemed to meet all the needs I had but now am scared they won't answer a simple question, what happens if you need help.  Anyone else have any success getting in touch with the company?

Also I have been told by a retailer that the BlueSpray can be hooked up directly to CAT 6 wire.  Can anyone verify that this is possible?

Tom,

BlueSpray is wifi only.  There is no network cable to be connected.
We have responded to every of your email.  We have no idea where they turned up, but do check your spam folder and see if they ended up in there.

Thanks for the response.  I did check all my spam folders without success.  Glad to hear that your company does try to provide good support.  Thanks, will be making my purchase shortly.
